What if my tenant does not provide access due to a dispute with the landlord?
If your tenant is not in or does not provide access due to a dispute with the landlord, we will still accept the booking and charge a £30 fee. This fee covers the provision of evidence of compliance, including a time-stamped picture of the door. We document this along with attempted contact before the appointment and again at the door. This evidence can be used to ensure landlord compliance in case of a dispute.
